I am currently working mainly with 1st and 2nd year Media Communication students and 3rd year Film Production Add+Vantage students. I have uploaded a montage image I made which represents what I am seeing amongst my students in the learning environments. I have to reach out to a diverse group of students with different interests and experiences. I am developing communication strategies to ensure all students are engaged and motivated. I want all my students to feel valued within inclusive working environments
